After all, we are all queens and princesses!  Every crown and party hat are originals, designed and created by me, which I have signed and dated.  They are made with anything and everything I have on hand in my studio, vintage and pretty papers, buttons, baubles, tinsel, lace, findings, ribbons and more.  They are constructed of a sturdy paper base, and finished off with ribbon ties.
