Rosabelle is dressed in her finest, ready for an evening of fluttering among the garden flowers.  Rosabella's attire is completely vintage, from the thread wrapped around her legs to the thimble upon her head.  The top layer of her dress is made from a scrap of soft pink lace, the next layer is an old light pink hankie with a delicate lace border.  Vintage seam binding was gathered and stitched on the edges and adorn with tiny mother of pearl buttons.  The bottom layer is made of an old linen napkin and vintage lace and rhinestome buttons dress up her wool sweater.  Her delicate wings were constructed from old pattern paper, sprinkled with sparkly glass glitter.  Rosabelle's wand is completely handmade using a vintage chenille stem, old found beads, wool from an old blanket, a piece of beautiful vintage white ribbon and a grey mother of pearl button finishes off the center of the flower.  Rosabelle carries her special charm and her jar of vintage glass glitter tucked at her waist, ready to sprinkle wishes wherever she may roam.
