This very special Posie Pocket got its name while my daughter and I were in my studio together.  She was working on her sampler while I was working on the finishing touches to this particular piece.  We decided to break for a quick snack of peanut butter and fluff sanwiches.  I took in the moment and blurted out "glorious"!  So of course this pocket just had to have that name.  And I think it does fit!  It is created from many strips of vintage material, and laces all in those perfect shades of pinks and creams, stitched together with the sewing machine.  To the top, I added a handmade pink wool mum flower with a rhinestone button center and creamy velvet leaves.  Vintage mother of pearl buttons and pink pearls were hand stitched for added interest.

The handle is made from ribbon and a scrap of vintage sheet.  Attached to the handle is a vintage plastic ring finding.
