This posie pocket is great for the holidays but can also be used year round.  It measures about 6"w x 8"h, not including the handle.   It is made from vintage pink wool adorn with a center piece made from a feed sack,bordered with brown scallops I have sewn  with the machine.  The center wreath consists of 13 layers of fabric, including wool. Pink french knots and a silky tie are added for color!  On the bottom is a ruffled vintage piece of lace, pink seam binding and old pearls.  The top consists of a scrap of old lace and mother of pearl buttons.  The handle is seam binding trimmed with vintage green mercury beads.
